Festivale

It's that time again folks when the beautiful City Park is transformed into a food and wine lovers paradise in the form of Festivale. Cheese, seafood, turkish pizzas made from wallaby, home made ice creams, beer, wine, bratwurst, fresh bread, cider, fresh berries, live music, street theatre, face painting, children's workshops.... The list goes on. Not to mention the fantastic company!!
This years program boasted ; 10 beer stalls; 3 coffee stalls; 9 desert/sweet stalls; 5 cider/whiskey stalls; 4 beverage (non alcoholic) stalls & food stalls - only outdone by the 29 wine stalls!!
This year due to a VERY uncooperative team member (not mentioning any names Arthur) we didn't stay as long as we would've liked.

Still, it was a long slow walk home....til I got the " mum I needa use the tooooiiiiilet" call. Which made the journey a little faster.
Many of the houses near City Park have lovely old mosaics on the front paths and porches. I couldn't help but take a photo of one on the way home.
